Building Products, a division of MCP Industries, has been manufacturing and supplying Vitrified Clay Pipe (VCP) to the city of Phoenix Arizona and surrounding jurisdictions since 1973.  The desert areas of Phoenix, along with adjoining areas of Southern California, understand that intense desert heat and hydrogen sulphide gases generated in gravity flow sewers create havoc to the life span of sanitary sewers.
